About This Job
Role PurposeLead a cross‑functional Data Pod delivering small‑to‑medium data enhancements on a predictable cadence.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and maintain a prioritized backlog in ADO/GitHub. Apply T‑shirt sizing (S/M/L/XL); plan capacity against ~25 SU/sprint with a 20% buffer for support.
- Remove impediments, optimize flow, and enforce DoD for ETL/ELT items prior to
- external QA.
- Track and report sprint KPIs (Intake responsiveness, Cycle time, FPQ, MTTR,
- Timeliness).
- Coordinate US‑hours overlap and stakeholder reviews; manage spillover within service bounds.
- Partner with the BA and Tech Lead to balance scope vs. capacity and ensure predictable delivery.

- Data: SQL Server, SSIS, DBT, Python, Fivetran
- BI/Reporting: Tableau, SSRS
- DevOps/Workflow: Azure DevOps (ADO), GitHub (migration/hardening)
- Governance: Collibra (lineage/catalog), Apigee/OutSystems (where applicable)
