Job Description
Scrum Master
Location : Pune

As a Scrum Master at Rockwell Automation, you will play an important role in guiding agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This position requires a passion for agile methodologies.
This role reports to the Software Team Lead and is located in Pune, India.
What you will do
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for agile teams.
- Coach team members on agile principles, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress, escalating issues as needed.
- Track and report on team progress, quality metrics, and sprint outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement in both agile practices and quality assurance processes.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in a software development environment
- Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certification
- Experience working with distributed or global teams
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence or similar agile tools
