Role OverviewWe are seeking a Scrum Master to support our growing product and engineering teams in Dublin. You will play a key role in enabling agile delivery, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and ensuring teams are empowered to deliver high-quality solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong facilitation and coaching skills to shape how we work as we expand our Dublin hub.
Main Responsibilities- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional teams, ensuring effective adoption of Agile principles and practices.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
- Remove impediments and shield teams from external blockers to maintain delivery momentum.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a clear and prioritised product backlog.
- Coach and mentor teams on agile practices, fostering self-organisation and accountability.
- Track and communicate key delivery metrics to stakeholders, driving transparency.
- Promote continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team culture.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and leadership to improve agile practices across the organisation.
- 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience supporting distributed or international teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Background in software engineering or healthcare technology a plus.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) preferred.
