• Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years of successful experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for cross-functional teams.
• Jira and Confluence Mastery: Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence, with experience in administration considered a significant advantage.
• Certification: Recognised Scrum Master certification and a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
• Passion for Engineering Challenges: Demonstrated creativity and a genuine passion for tackling engineering challenges, coupled with the ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment.
• Effective Communication: Excellent presentation, documentation, communication, and influencing skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

• Big Data Knowledge: Experience working with software teams on Big Data projects.
• CI/CD Familiarity: Familiarity with Continuous Integration & Testing in the context of cloud solutions is advantageous.
• DevOps Experience: Practical experience with DevOps practices in the context of continuous release.
• ITIL Fundamentals: Familiarity with Service & Change management with ITIL fundamentals is a plus.
• STEM Education: University degree in a STEM field, with an advanced degree preferred
