You & Your Role

Guide and empower your squads to achieve excellence in the Originations & Assessments Area of the W&R Financing tribe. As Scrum Master, you coordinate daily activities, drive incident and change management, and foster a collaborative, pragmatic, and agile way of working. You ensure timely, high-quality delivery and support compliance and security deliverables, making a tangible impact on the Wholesale & Rural Client Journey.

The 12 colleagues of the Originations & Assessments team work together to deliver compliant and secure financial applications for Rabobank’s Wholesale & Rural Client Journey. You will be a part of Originations & Assessments Area of W&R Financing tribe of the Rabobank. The area contributes to development and maintenance of a number existing and yet to be built applications involved in Wholesale & Rural Client Journey which covers a number of processes: deal origination; credit engagement and approval; updating clients credit risk;  performing capital calculations by implementing new models and calculation engine; conducting sustainability assessments and others.

You & Your Talent
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • Certified Agile professional.

  • Experience with Scrum, Agile, Lean, and DevOps projects in a dynamic international environment.

  • Analytical mindset, able to continuously improve services and processes.

  • At least 1 year of system support experience in a production environment, dealing with user organisations.

  • At least 3 years of experience in DevOps teams (as developer, tester, or BA) and 2 years as a Scrum Master.

  • Experience with security and compliance aspects of system development and maintenance.

  • Knowledge of Rabobank Corporate Banking products and end-to-end processes is preferred.

  • Programming experience and knowledge of Mendix or other low code or BPM tools is much appreciated.
