- Advanced metrics collection and tracking and reporting (iteration reports / issues flow metrics / personal and team reports / release reports and etc.)
- Planning techniques
- Facilitates team events using Scrum and Agile values as a guide
- Guides to team members in understanding their role
- Helps the Developers track progress & visualize work
- Help the Developers clearly and effectively prioritize work using tools at hand
- Helps to focus on value delivery and visualize progress for the Product Owner
