Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily activities of the Agile Team
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize stories within product roadmaps
• Communicate progress, risks, and blockers with the Delivery Manager weekly
• Coach, challenge the behavior of the Agile Team
• Ensure quality, flow, and incremental value delivery
• Onboard new team members
• Maintain the hygiene of the JIRA board
• Manage release readiness and cutover activities
• Present metrics highlighting Agile Team progress

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Information Technology, Product Development, or Delivery
• Scrum Master Certification required
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Proficiency in Power BI
• Solid project management skills within a matrix environment
• Integrate process orientation and communication within Agile delivery teams and across product teams
• Foundational project management skills within a matrix environment
• Experience facilitating meetings and leading teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• In-depth knowledge of software development practices and methodologies
• Passion for continuous learning and improvement
• Willingness to travel up to 10% annually
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future

Compensation: 

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
