Responsável por facilitar e orientar a equipe na implementação de projetos globais e na preparação do ambiente. Facilitar a aplicação da metodologia Scrum, assegurando que os princípios ágeis sejam seguidos no desenvolvimento de projetos de software. Conduzir reuniões diárias com a equipe para planejamento de sprints, remoção de impedimentos e gerenciamento de riscos. Além disso, ser responsável pela entrega dos resultados da equipe e pelo treinamento contínuo do time.

• Graduação em ciência da Computação, engenharia de software ou áreas afins.
• Especialização em Gestão de Projetos.
• Desejável a cerificação em Scrum Master.
• Desejável conhecimento em Lean Manufacturing.
• Inglês avançado.
