We seek an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team at Labcorp. As a Scrum master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our organization, ensuring the company can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions.
You will work closely with the product development team to ensure that the work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of quality. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to our team – helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently.

Objectives of this role

  • Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company.
  • Mentor the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
  • Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
  • Work with the cross functional Product Development team to prioritise the product backlog.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
  • Manage project’s scope and timeline
  • Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
  • Communicating project status, risks and issues to all the relevant stakeholders. Be the SPOC for all external communications.
  • Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Science
  • Minimum of 7-9 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Strong Experience handling Ecommerce Projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices. knowledge of Agile project management tools such as Jira or similar tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). Kanban certification are a plus.
