Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Scrum Master
Poznań, Poland

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting the IT Finance Business Capability.
  • Teaching and upholding Agile values, fostering self-organization and continuous improvement through waste reduction.
  • Maintaining elite delivery and compliance standards to support product outcomes, establishing high standards and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Identifying, tracking, and resolving or escalating impediments to enable team success in meeting sprint commitments.
  • Monitoring relevant metrics to assess performance and identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
  • Operating independently while seeking oversight during critical decisions.
  • Working with the Product Manager, Engineering Manager and team to promote transparency and psychological safety
  • Understanding business strategy and objectives to prioritize development work based on value and assisting in overcoming roadblocks.


Our requirements:

  • Minimum of 1.5 years of relevant experience in a similar role (Product experience, including prioritization, OKRs, and customer centricity).
  • Degree in Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills.
  • Proven ability to remove roadblocks (technical & business) for teams.
  • Ability to influence without authority to resolve impediments across teams and products.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms.
  • Growth mindset with a willingness to thrive in uncertainty.


Nice to have:

  • Proven ability to coach and develop others
  • Recognized Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master.
  • Release planning experience, for example product slicing strategies and burndowns.
  • Proven ability & knowledge to coordinate & deliver technical solutions.
  • Experience in coaching strategies.
