Your mission:
Becoming a Scrum Master in Pricefx means accepting full focus on helping others get things done, as a scrum master themselves doesn't write requirements or code or test plans. Scrum master communicate, coordinate, and facilitate, doing whatever it takes to help the team deliver what's asked of them .
You will be in charge of:
- Making sure everyone on the team understands the project's goals and scope
- Helping the Product Owner maintain the product backlog
- Facilitating Scrum events as needed
- Helping to remove obstacles to the developers' progress
- Coaching the development team in self-organization
- Keeping the project stakeholders up to date on the progress of the scrum team project.
What should you have to succeed:
- Fluent English
- 3+ years of experience with Scrum Master
- You possess strong knowledge of Scrum and other agile frameworks (Kanban)
- Scrum Master certification would be a strong plus
- Ability to adapt in agile environment
- Open-minded personality and excellent communication

- Prague, Hradec Králové, Ostrava, or any other location in the Czech Republic
