In this role you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. You will create and track project plans, bringing the right teams together to ensure deliverables are met. You will gather data and metrics to create project status documentation to show progress towards metrics and KPIs.
Role Responsibilities
- Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to drive the solution.
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
- Facilitating sprint ceremonies, discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
- Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
- Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example.
- Data gathering and assimilation for reporting, project documentation towards key metrics, highlighting trends and anomalies. Developing presentations of project materials for leadership.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to non-technical and technical clients
- Understanding of Agile methodology and experience leading Scrum Teams preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimum Supervision
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible / adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft technologies (Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience working in a business/IT capacity for a company with financial industry knowledge is a plus
- Project delivery success on collaborative efforts working with outside vendors and other business partners
- PSM I or CSM certifications preferred

Salary
The annual gross base salary range is $75,000-$90,000 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
