You will be responsible for guiding and coaching our Scrum teams on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver quality A2MAC1 Platform products and services to our customers.
The role could be based either in the office of Boulogne-Billancourt (IDF), or Hary (Hauts-de-France). Partial remote work is possible.
Your responsibilities will include working closely with the product owners to support the successful operation of the Agile delivery process and to ensure epics, stories, and Sprint items are effectively translated into actionable tasks for the development teams.
Responsibilities :
- Exemplify and promote Agile values, principles and adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation techniques and measuring Agile KPIs,
- Facilitate and support all Scrum ceremonies (e.g. Spring Planning, Standup, Sprint Review and Retrospective),
- Coach Scrum teams in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, effective communication, and decision making,
- Remove impediments, conflicts and issues preventing Sprint progress,
- Improve Agile practices across the Technology team,
- Support the product owner and Scrum teams to deliver quality products and services to achieve customer satisfaction.
Required skills:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a recognized Scrum Master certification,
- Excellent English and French communication skills,
- Good knowledge of Agile frameworks and methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and understanding of software development lifecycles, project management principles and practices),
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in an IT or computer science discipline.
