The Scrum Master manages all aspects of the global ecommerce digital product development process. Acting as the value stream point person, this role is responsible for delegating tasks appropriately and ensuring the team is working on the right tasks at the right time. Success in this role requires the coordination of simultaneous projects, partnership with all levels of the organization, independent thinking, and the consistent implementation of all Agile ceremonies. General responsibilities will include project definition and detailed planning, progress tracking (including budgets) and communication, problem resolution and project implementation.
- Coordinates and actively participates in all aspects of global project and product management, including scope and requirements definition, solution evaluation, vendor selection, resource planning, development of milestone schedules and key decision points, and communication planning and execution.
- Leads the agile development process from ideation to launch; and, is accountable on a per-project basis to Project Sponsors, Business Owners, or other Senior Leadership Team members.
- Implements and manages scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives to deliver projects consistently, efficiently, and driving continuous improvement.
- Functions as a strategic consultant on projects; performs contingency planning and advises project stakeholders on observed risks, issues, or concerns.
- Responsible for all aspects of progress tracking including detailed project plans, scope management, risk/issue identification and resolution, project budget oversight, and status reporting.
- Leverages proven Agile methods, processes, templates, and techniques to complete tasks.
- Provides mentorship to corporate stakeholders on Agile project management methods and practices. Maintains basic Agile process templates for use by other members of the product teams
- Assumes a lead role in process mapping exercises for the purpose of process improvement or problem identification and resolution.
- Partners with product owners on the maintenance of global product backlogs. Ensures a minimum of two sprints worth of user stories are consistently maintained in the team backlog.
- Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
- Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign equivalent) in a Business discipline, Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience; MBA a plus
- 2+ years’ project management experience, including multi-disciplinary project leadership
- Certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum (PSPO/PSU), and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) strongly desired.
- Ability to lead others in formal and informal structures, including highly matrixed environments and ability to lead up and while also operating as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all organizational levels both internally and externally
- Ability to perform effectively in a rapidly changing environment
Working Conditions
100% Remote. Must be on Eastern or Central Time Zones.

$120,000.00

$157,500.00
