Scrum Master

The client envisions an experienced Scrum Master, comfortable working on large-scale projects, whose core competencies lie in two key areas: operational mastery of Jira and rigorous facilitation of Agile ceremonies. The description repeatedly emphasizes Jira (team leader, KPI tracking, quality control of the product and sprint backlogs), indicating a profile that uses the tool daily, not just facilitates discussions.

The focus on consistency between the sprint and product backlogs and on quality control of the sessions reflects an expectation of discipline in backlog management, in close collaboration with the Product Owner. The "Strengths" section reveals a preference for a dual coordination role: someone who has already coordinated business and IT deliverables, supervised mixed resources, supported the project manager on risk management, and liaises with integrators.

Requirement

• Scrum Master experience on a large-scale project
  
• Proficiency in Agile methodology, facilitation of Agile ceremonies, and adherence to Agile values
  
• Proficiency in Jira as the team lead/reference person: KPI tracking, backlog management, and backlog quality control
  
• Team facilitation, positive leadership, and sustained collaboration with the Product Owner (PO)
  
• Contribution to the creation and maintenance of the product backlog, ensuring alignment between the sprint backlog and product backlog
  
• Support to the Project Manager and Application Delivery Lead in team coordination and management
  

ASSET / ADVANTAGEOUS

• Coordination of business deliverables and application/IT deliverables
  
• Supervision of business and IT resources on a project
  
• Identification of issues and risks in support of the Project Manager, with recommended solutions
  
• Alignment and coordination with business and IT integrators between target architecture and design/implementation activities
