Your role, your impact
As a Scrum Master – RTE, you’ll lead Agile delivery for a large-scale Salesforce CRM transformation. Operating at both team (Scrum Master) and program (RTE) levels, you’ll drive alignment, velocity, and quality across multiple Agile teams in a complex enterprise environment.
You’ll support delivery across Salesforce multi-cloud ecosystems (Sales, Service, Marketing, FSC) and ensure alignment with broader business transformation objectives.
ResponsibilitiesYour day-to-day
Agile Delivery Leadership (Team Level)
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives);
Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement;
Remove impediments and ensure steady delivery momentum;
Support backlog readiness and sprint predictability.
Scaled Agile Execution (Program Level)
Coordinate multiple teams within an Agile Release Train (ART);
Lead PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt sessions;
Manage dependencies, risks, and escalations.
Salesforce Delivery Enablement
Support end-to-end delivery of Salesforce CRM solutions (design to adoption);
Coordinate across business (Sales, Service, Operations) and technology teams;
Align delivery with CRM roadmap and transformation goals.
Stakeholder & Governance Management
Engage senior stakeholders and program sponsors;
Provide executive-level reporting on delivery, risks, and performance;
Ensure governance adherence (RAID logs, escalation paths, decision tracking).
Continuous Improvement
Monitor KPIs (velocity, quality, predictability);
Identify optimization opportunities across teams and processes.
Keys to your success
8 to 12+ years of experience in Agile roles (Scrum Master, RTE, Agile Coach);
Experience in large-scale financial services or wealth management programs;
Proven ability to lead multiple Agile teams in complex, distributed environments;
Hands-on experience delivering enterprise Salesforce CRM implementations;
Exposure to Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSC, Marketing Cloud);
Experience with enterprise CRM transformation initiatives;
Strong experience with SAFe or similar frameworks;
Expertise in PI Planning, dependency management, and program-level delivery tracking;
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills;
Experience managing risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID);
Proficiency with delivery tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent).
Extra edge
SAFe RTE or SAFe Agilist;
Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM);
SAFe Scrum Master (SASM).
