Job Title – Scrum Master / Technical Engineer
Location: Pune, MH
JCI is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master / Technical Engineer with 10 years of experience to lead agile teams in delivering high-quality software and hardware products. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects, engage with stakeholders, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary facilitator for Scrum events, ensuring that teams adhere to agile practices and principles.
- Collaborate with product owners to define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead technical discussions with engineering teams and ensure that technical solutions are aligned with project requirements.
- Manage and track project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product features.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Education, Experience & Skills:
- Strong technical skills in PC management (Group policy, Active Directory, MS Intune), Troubleshooting and problem solving, knowledgeable in technologies like MDT, SCCM.
- Also looking for someone that is either Agile Scrum certified or lots of experience in Azure DevOps
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a Scrum Master role.
- Proven expertise in agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Strong technical background with experience in software engineering practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
