Everforth ECS is seeking a highly qualified Scrum Master - Senior with an active Secret Clearance to work full time on our project at Maxwell Air Force Base, AL. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment. Must hold and maintain a valid Secret Security Clearance.

Provides the day-to-day lead on assigned Agile development projects, working closely with technical leadership and project teams to facilitate scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies. The Scrum Master proactively works with producers and acting project managers to ensure that appropriate staffing resources are assigned, put in place, and effectively utilized at the appropriate time throughout the project lifecycle. They are responsible for facilitating all Agile ceremonies including release planning, sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinements, and retrospectives while supporting configuration management activities and maintaining baselines in accordance with established procedures. The Scrum Master assists with technical documentation requirements, works with quality assurance resources to create test plans, and ensures that issues are properly assigned, tracked, and resolved. They act as a point of escalation for process-related decisions during the project lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions following detailed Agile instructions and methodologies. This position requires strong facilitation skills, technical understanding, and the ability to guide teams through complex development processes while ensuring compliance with project standards and deliverable requirements.
