This hybrid opportunity within CI's Automation Practice seeks a passionate individual to blend their Scrum Master expertise with Automation & analytical skills to lead agile teams while identifying and optimizing business processes through Robotic Process Automation (RPA). RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Scrum Master:

• Ignite Agility: Lead sprints, ceremonies, and retrospectives that keep teams energized and focused.
• Coach & Cultivate: Empower team members, foster growth, and build a culture of continuous improvement.
• Bridge the Gaps: Be the vital link between Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders—ensuring alignment and momentum.
• Deliver with Data: Track velocity, surface insights, and drive transparency with meaningful metrics.

As an RPA Process Analyst:

• Spot the Spark: Partner with business units to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
• Map the Magic: Analyze workflows, document processes (PDDs), and design automation-ready solutions.
• Collaborate to Create: Work hand-in-hand with RPA developers to bring bots to life.
• Optimize & Elevate: Monitor bot performance and continuously refine for speed, accuracy, and compliance.
