PASM is the provider of sustainable energy and infrastructure solutions for all DT locations in Germany. We source energy to supply our customers with 100% green electricity, ensure reliable delivery and price stability and play a pioneering role in the green energy transformation of DT.
We are building a cross-company Google Cloud Platform called “Energy Cloud” as the central data hub for our digitalization efforts. The goal is to automate end-to-end business processes and enable data-driven decision-making.
Activity Description:
You will join our interdisciplinary “data squad”. Our key priorities are implementing solid data structures and use cases concerning all areas of the company based on the highest business value, i.a. energy procurement, management of energy consumption, battery storages, optimization of technical facilities, ….
The person to join the team will be inserted directly in a virtual team and will work closely with the German-based data scientists and business owners. Work will mostly be virtual with dedicated onsite sessions in Germany. Key success factors in the position are not only relevant skills, but also the ability to acquire business knowledge/terminology, build an understanding of the relevant business data and understand the needs of business owners.
We are looking for an Agile Delivery Coordinator / Scrum Master to support a growing Data & AI team.
The role focuses on enabling efficient collaboration, facilitating workshops and team meetings, creating transparency around risks and dependencies, and reducing organizational friction for the team and its leadership.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, retrospectives, and team meetings
- Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and delivery-related activities
- Create transparency on risks, blockers, and overcommitment
- Support effective collaboration across stakeholders and technical teams
- Drive follow-up actions and ensure decisions are translated into execution
- Continuously improve team processes and ways of working

- Experience with agile delivery in technical, engineering, or data environments
