Job requirements
- Required Knowledge & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT industry with over 3 years of experience as a scrum master preferably managing data projects
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies including daily standup, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
- Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Promote continuous improvement practices within the team while identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure blocked or pending stories are met on time.
- Extensive hands on working experience with JIRA board.
- Identify potential risk and develop mitigation strategies for project success
- Maintain project and progress reports like burndown chart, velocity report
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Desired Knowledge & Skills
- Documentation experience using Confluence is preferred
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Equivalent
- Finance experience - especially lending experience is a plus.
