Key Responsibilities:
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for enabling the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Your day-to-day activities will include:
Coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation, and facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Identify and report progress via appropriate metrics.
Independent performer serving as a subject matter expert.
Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
Advanced proficiency in Scrum is required.
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce DevOps is recommended.
Advanced proficiency in Agile Project Management, Agile Process Coaching, Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development), and Agile Product Ownership is suggested.
Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and continuous improvement.
Utilize metrics to track team performance and identify areas for enhancement.
Lead workshops and training sessions to promote Agile best practices across the organization.
Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Encourage a culture of accountability and ownership within the team.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Scrum Master
Agile Product Owner
Advanced proficiency with Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Client facing exposure/Team collaboration
Bachelor's Degree
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey or Washington as set forth below.
