Scrum Master
We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) experience to lead Agile development teams in delivering high-quality eCommerce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and a strong understanding of SFCC project delivery cycles. You will work closely with developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely delivery of SFCC initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective meetings.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams working on SFCC (B2C) implementations, enhancements, and support.
- Remove roadblocks and impediments to ensure team velocity and productivity.
- Ensure the SFCC delivery team adheres to Agile principles and practices.
- Work closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs.
- Track team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
- Help foster a culture of continuous improvement within the SFCC delivery team.
- Drive communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Identify project risks and dependencies and propose mitigation plans.
- Coach team members and stakeholders in Agile best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years on SFCC projects.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) project lifecycle and delivery practices.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple SFCC teams or projects simultaneously.

Skills Required
