Requirements & Responsibilities
- Technical or university professional in Computer Science, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related careers.
- Have a Scrum Master Certification (Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org)
- Knowledge of software development.
- Knowledge of methodologies such as Lean, Design Thinking, Scrum, Kanban, scaled agility models, business agility.
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks.
- Advanced English (desirable).
- Knowledge of adoption of team management tools and projects (Jira, SQL and NoSQL Database).
- Knowledge and experience of project management.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements.
