Job Description
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Describe the overall goal/plan squad team considering higher level strategic objectives and in collaboration with business/POs.
- Be accountable for plan, build, deploy, run and phase-out of the IT product (module) – orchestrate responsible roles.
- Plan development for IT product (module) within planning processes in close alignment with the Process Manager, Product Owner, IT Solution Manager, IT Operation Lead, IT Architects
- Take responsibility for economic topics – plan necessary resources, forecast financials and control given budget during the year regarding orders, charging and current forecast.
- Conduct Product Lifecycle Management of the IT product (module), following the BD processes, define technical roadmap and release plan, considering prioritization of technical tasks to ensure business continuity and continuously improve the IT product (module)
- Collaborate with other Teams to identify synergies and drive standardization.
- Address cross-team prioritization conflicts of requirements in case of (technical) dependencies, drive resolution with other leads/POs.
- Ensure technical documentation (Module process implementation level).
- Analyze and communicate KPIs (incl. service level targets, customer satisfaction) .
- Ensure achievement of objectives (measured by KPIs) through appropriate measures.
Qualifications Skill set required:
- Leadership qualities with agile work methodology and ability to convey a vision to the team.
- Strong domain knowledge regarding technical and module process aspects
- Good knowledge and experience in software development processes (especially agile).
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining java-based applications.
- Experience in using Java/J2EE, SOA Webservices (SOAP and REST), ESBs, Open-Source products, and strong working knowledge of SOA, SOAP, Spring MVC and JSON.
- Knowledge of Web Technologies such as Html 5, CSS 3, jQuery, Spring MVVC and WebServices (SOAP/REST).
- Delivering high availability and performance by contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle
- Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
- Mentor the team members in delivering the right and stable solutions on time.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
