We are seeking a Scrum Master to support the delivery of technology initiatives by enabling Agile ways of working, facilitating team collaboration, and ensuring successful project execution. This role will partner closely with Product Owners, Development Teams, and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, remove impediments, and promote Agile best practices across moderately complex projects and programs.

The ideal candidate is a servant leader with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of fostering high-performing teams and delivering business value through Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach and support Scrum Teams in the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile principles and practices.
  • Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy product backlog and support release planning activities.
  • Ensure transparency of team progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
  • Remove impediments and proactively address obstacles impacting team effectiveness and delivery.
  • Promote adherence to Scrum frameworks, Agile standards, and organizational governance requirements.
  • Monitor project performance, delivery timelines, and success metrics, providing regular reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project scope, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by driving stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption of new processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
  • Identify opportunities to improve team productivity, delivery predictability, and product quality.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar role supporting technology teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery frameworks.
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with Agile project man
  • Experience using AI technologies (Cursor, CoPilot, MCP) to drive efficiency across engineering and business domains agement tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level technology projects and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices and project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working in global and matrixed environments.
