Responsabilidades:
- Facilitar cerimônias Scrum, incluindo reuniões diárias (daily stand-ups), planejamento de sprints, revisões e retrospectivas;
- Colaborar com o Product Owner no refinamento e priorização do backlog, assegurando que as histórias estejam bem definidas e alinhadas com os objetivos do projeto;
- Apoiar a equipe na adoção de práticas ágeis e DevOps, promovendo integração contínua, entrega contínua e automação de testes;
- Monitorar e analisar métricas ágeis, como velocidade (velocity), lead time, cycle time e burndown charts, para identificar oportunidades de melhoria;
- Remover impedimentos que possam afetar o progresso da equipe e garantir um ambiente de trabalho produtivo;
- Promover a comunicação eficaz entre os membros da equipe e outras partes interessadas, facilitando a resolução de conflitos e garantindo o alinhamento dos objetivos;
- Orientar e treinar a equipe em princípios e práticas ágeis, fomentando uma cultura de auto-organização e responsabilidade.
Additional Description
Requisitos mandatórios:
- Graduação completa em Ciências da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;
- Experiência comprovada como Scrum Master em projetos anteriores, preferencialmente em ambientes de desenvolvimento de software;
- Conhecimento sólido em práticas DevOps e ferramentas relacionadas;
- Habilidade para utilizar e interpretar métricas ágeis para orientar decisões e melhorias no processo;
- Excelente capacidade de comunicação e habilidades interpessoais;
- Proatividade na resolução de problemas e na remoção de impedimentos;
- Entendimento técnico de desenvolvimento de software, arquitetura de sistemas, APIs e computação em nuvem;
- Inglês avançado (para participar de reuniões com time Global).
- Disponibilidade para viagens pontuais para plantas da região.
Requisito desejáveis:
- Certificação Scrum Master reconhecida, como Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) ou Professional Scrum Master (PSM) ou Product Owner ou correlatas.
