Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Release Train team member, Agile Facilitator, or Delivery Lead supporting software development teams.
- Experience facilitating planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and dependencies
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Agile metrics, team velocity, dependency management, and continuous improvement practices.
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, Architects, and Government stakeholders.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM),Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) or equivalent
- Active Secret clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Army, DoD, federal acquisition, contracting, financial, or other mission enterprise systems.
- Ability to coach teams on Agile practices, facilitate continuous improvement, and promote predictable delivery across cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Working knowledge of Appian, DevSecOps, cloud-hosted, low-code/no-code, or modernization delivery environments
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile and SAFe ceremonies to enable predictable delivery of ACWS capabilities and enhancements.
- Manage impediments, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination to maintain delivery momentum.
- Support Product Owners and stakeholders with backlog refinement, prioritization, release planning, and execution readiness.
- Promote Agile best practices, team effectiveness, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery outcomes
- Develop and maintain Jira dashboards, sprint metrics, release status reports, dependency tracking, and program-level delivery metrics to support stakeholder visibility and decision-making.
