As Scrum Master, you’ll coordinate a cross-functional Agile development team utilizing the principles and tools of the Scrum Framework.

What you’ll do:
- Assume a servant leadership role to support a self-organized team to complete Scrum projects.
- Identify and remove impediments to progress.
- Facilitate sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
- Identify and manage the backlog.
- Support, coach and mentor team members.
- Track daily sprint progress and maintain schedules.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Currently hold an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Have a Bachelor's Degree.
- Must have 3+ years experience years of Scrum Master Experience leading various technical delivery projects (front-end web development, back-end development, etc.)
- Have a current Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
SALARY RANGE: $99,000 - $124,000
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
- The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
- The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
- Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
- This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
- Performance-based bonuses
- Company-paid training and/or certifications
- Referral bonuses
