Job Description:
As a Senior Scrum Master at Inallmedia, you will be responsible for facilitating the adoption of agile methodologies and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality projects. You will work closely with Product Owners and development teams to maintain alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards. This role requires a deep understanding of agile practices and the ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives) to ensure effective collaboration.
- Act as a coach and mentor for cross-functional teams, promoting agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Manage and resolve conflicts within teams to maintain a productive and harmonious work environment.
- Work closely with Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Guide the team in overcoming obstacles and remove impediments to ensure continuous progress.
- Track and report on project progress, helping to improve transparency and accountability.
- Ensure the effective use of agile tools like Jira and Confluence to manage tasks and monitor performance.
Must-Have Skills:
- Advanced expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) with proven experience leading agile teams.
- Strong facilitation skills in Scrum ceremonies and team meetings.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and guiding them towards successful project delivery.
- Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks like SAFe or LeSS is a plus.
- Proficiency in agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and related platforms.
