Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitate core Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring team alignment and continuous improvement
- Support cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, Platform, DevSecOps) by identifying and removing impediments to maintain high velocity and delivery quality
- Manage and track delivery metrics and reporting using enterprise Agile tools like Rally or Azure DevOps
- Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and drive continuous improvement within the team's delivery processes
- Evaluate emerging technical trends and tool capabilities to inform solution design and drive strategic innovation across the platform
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is refined, prioritized, and aligned with dependency-driven delivery timelines
- Foster a culture of self-organization and accountability, coaching the team on Agile principles and best practices
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master within a technical or software engineering environment
- 3+ years of experience supporting cross-functional teams, specifically in areas such as Data Engineering, Analytics, or DevSecOps
- Proven experience managing Agile delivery using tools such as Rally or Azure DevOps for sprint tracking and metrics
- Demonstrated understanding of data platform concepts, including cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and data ingestion workflows
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience in a technology-related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or an equivalent recognized Agile certification
- Experience with dependency-driven delivery in large-scale, complex infrastructure or platform environments
- Proven solid communication skills with the ability to bridge technical requirements between engineering teams and business stakeholders
