Here’s how you will make a difference in this role…
As a Scrum Lead, you will drive high-performance agile delivery within a dedicated mission squad. You’ll own sprint execution, cadence, and continuous improvement, ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery aligned to program priorities.
The role is a full time max term role for 2 years that can be conducted from Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane (hybrid.)

- Leading all agile ceremonies and maintaining consistent sprint cadence and velocity
- Removing impediments, managing dependencies, and escalating risks early
- Partnering with Product Owners on backlog management and sprint planning
- Tracking and reporting delivery progress, risks, and outcomes
- Coordinating with other squads, architecture, security, platform, and business teams
- Ensuring quality, governance, and compliance standards are met
- Driving continuous improvement, team health, and agile maturity
To be considered for this role you will have:
- 3–5 years’ experience in Scrum Master or agile delivery roles within large programs
- Proven experience leading agile squads in technology transformation environments
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and agile delivery practices
- Experience managing cross-squad dependencies and enterprise delivery tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
- Background in enterprise technology, integration, and testing cycles
- Agile certification required; additional certifications desirable
- Relevant degree preferred but not essential
