【Role Summary】
In this role, you will collaborate closely with HQ on digital and automation initiatives while aligning with business group product demand planning. Your primary focus will be to formulate supply chain strategies, optimize operational processes, and manage key KPIs. By driving digital transformation efforts, you will enhance overall supply chain efficiency across the business group and directly contribute to our annual revenue goals.
【Main Mission】
1. S&OP Leadership: Lead and facilitate the monthly Product Division meetings, ensuring strategic alignment between sales, product, and operational teams.
2. Global Demand & Inventory Management: Drive global forecasting, demand planning, and inventory control/allocation.
3. End-to-End Fulfillment: Oversee fulfillment operations to optimize delivery performance and ensure a seamless supply chain experience.
4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage advanced data analytics and digital technologies to identify supply chain trends, mitigate risks, and drive informed business decisions.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key bridge across global units and HQ, fostering strong horizontal communication and ensuring seamless project execution.
【Qualifications】
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or related fields. (Candidates with at least 2 years of team management or leadership experience will be given strong preference).
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Statistics, or a relevant discipline.
• Language: Proficient in English (excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills) for effective global communication.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ERP systems. (Hands-on experience with SAP is a strong advantage). Preferred Qualifications
• Proven track record in executing supply chain digital transformation or automation projects. • Solid hands-on experience in S&OP process planning and execution.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to organize and deconstruct complex supply chain problems into actionable solutions. • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
Skills Required
- At least 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, Statistics, or a related discipline
- Professional proficiency in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with ERP systems
- At least 2 years of team management or leadership experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP
- Experience executing supply chain digital transformation or automation projects
- Hands-on experience planning and executing S&OP processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex supply chain issues
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
