SCM Process & Digitalization Specialist (SAP/Jaggaer/Jira)

Location: Brno (CZ) or Subotica (RS) | Hybrid

In this role, you will drive the digitalization and standardization of our global supply chain processes with a special focus on supplier- and quality-related processes (Source-to-Contract / Source-to-Quality). You will work at the interface between Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, IT, and Supplier Quality. Your focus will be on end-to-end processes, systems, tools, and data rather than operational inspection activities or traditional quality assurance administration.

1. Design and Optimize End-to-End SCM Processes (S2C/S2Q)
  • Analyze, model, and optimize Source-to-Contract and Source-to-Quality processes across locations and regions.
  • Identify process breaks, bottlenecks, and automation potential along the supply chain.
  • Define SCM KPIs (e.g. delivery performance, lead times, and supply chain quality costs) and further develop corresponding reporting structures.
2. SAP (MM/QM) – Process & Customizing
  • Support the design and harmonization of global SCM processes in SAP (S/4HANA), especially in purchasing, supplier master data, goods receipt, complaint management, and quality notifications.
  • Execute or specify customizing adjustments in relevant modules (e.g. MM/QM) in close collaboration with IT and process owners.
3. Further Develop Jaggaer (or Comparable S2P/SRM Platforms)
  • Design and configure supplier-related SCM workflows within Jaggaer or comparable S2P/SRM systems.
  • Ensure seamless integration with SAP.
  • Collaborate closely with Purchasing, SCM, and Supplier Quality teams during the rollout of new functionalities, templates, and KPIs.
4. Jira/Confluence – Requirements & Project Management
  • Use Jira to manage SCM and digitalization backlogs.
  • Document end-to-end processes, workflows, specifications, and best practices in Confluence.
  • Act as 3rd-level support within Jira Service Management for various SCM-related business applications.
5. Data, Reporting & Analytics in the SCM Environment
  • Ensure consistent data structures and process logic across different applications and reporting/workflow solutions.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to increase process transparency and support decision-making.
6. Workflow & Low-Code Automation
  • Design and implement workflows for the automation of SCM processes, including independent development and programming of interface logic, automations, and cross-system integrations.
  • Identify manual process steps within SCM/Supplier Quality interfaces and transfer them into automated workflows.
Your Profile

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in Supply Chain Management or in a highly process-driven role.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end processes ideally with a focus on supplier- and quality-related workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP in an SCM/purchasing environment.
  • Experience with S2P/SRM systems such as Jaggaer or comparable platforms.
  • Experience working with Jira & Confluence or comparable project management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or a strong willingness to build these skills quickly.
  • Initial experience with low-code/workflow platforms or strong interest in developing expertise in this field.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Structured and analytical mindset with experience in KPI-driven process improvement.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with supplier-related topics such as supplier evaluations, escalations, and complaint processes within an SCM environment.
  • German language skills are considered a plus, but are not required.
