Job Description- Bridge from R&D and transfer team towards material team.
- Work with cross functional team and stakeholders to meet NPD/Transfer goals.
- Prepare costed BOM, review, analysis and drive competitive cost.
- Support NPI and Trasnsfer plan.
- Take risk avoidance actions of NPD and transfer project.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Category and Sourcing roles in electronics manufacturing industry.
- Technical knowledge on electronics, electro-mechanical, fabricated parts and product.
- Good communication skills such as organized and structured presentation.
- Good spoken and written English. Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) & Power BI. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Positive mindset and can-do attitude.
- Degree or Diploma Holder in Business / Engineering / Supply Chain or related discipline
- Candidates with strong experience and knowledge will be considered as Senior Engineer.
