Position Summary
This position is responsible for managing production planning as well as the sales and logistics teams. The production planning responsibilities include overseeing tasks such as production scheduling, production progress management, short/mid/long term resources management, factory operation strategy, and customer delivery management. The sales and logistics responsibilities include responding to customer’s requirements, warehouse management, product-loading efficiency, shipping documentation, on time delivery to customers, and logistics cost saving. This role identifies and distributes tasks to each part member and manages each part member's performance.Role and Responsibilities
1) Sales PSI Analysis:
Manage daily/weekly/monthly status update of sales, inventory, and supply chain for SEA Sales Department.
Analyze market trends and market share in the laundry machine segment and provide guidance on factory operations.
2) Inbound Material Management: Provide sourcing for production and monitor inventory visibility.
3) SOP confirmation: Confirm weekly production target and liaise with HQ and/or Sales.
4) Mainline/Subline/MIP Line capacity management: Monitor production resource operations and optimize production plans.
5) Annual/Target plan: Create annual/monthly production plans as well as future operational plans and monitor shipment tracking.
6) Outbound operation: Manage team responsible for outgoing shipment operations, monitor on-time shipment delivery, and coordinate shipping through vendors and contract management.
7) Logistics Cost Management: Optimize logistics and cost management.
8) Warehouse management: Optimize warehouse management.
9) Model Product Life-cycle Management: Manage new product lines, discontinued products and parts for the discontinued product lines
10) Manage group members’ performance: Manage continuous performance improvement and career progression for team members through recognition and constructive feedback

Skills and Qualifications
1. Education : Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, or any relevant majors.
2. Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in industry experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing operations. (Minimum 5 years of people manager experience)
3. Knowledge: Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Distribution, ERP system, Economics and Market Dynamics, Cost Accounting, Value Chain. SAP knowledge preferred
4. Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast paced and goal orientated environment. High proficiency in Excel.
