• Procurement: Full Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle — requisition, purchase order, receipt, and invoice matching (2/3/4-way) — plus core purchasing, Self-Service Procurement (SSP), Sourcing (RFI/RFQ/auctions), Procurement Contracts, and BPM approval hierarchies.

• PIM / Item Management: Item master setup and governance — item classes, attributes, templates, catalogs, and categories — along with item structures/BOMs, new item request (NIR) workflows, and item data migration using FBDI.
• Strong command of setups via Functional Setup Manager (FSM), with requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional documentation.
• Exposure to Cost Management (standard/average costing, landed cost) is an advantage.
• RICE : Exposure to understanding of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Extensions. Should be able to gather business requirements and create functional design and specifications / lean specification documents, explain the requirements to the technical team and perform Functional Unit testing of the RICE objects.
• Proven experience across implementation and support lifecycles — CRP, SIT, UAT, data migration (FBDI/ADFDI), troubleshooting interface/ESS errors, and Oracle Support SRs.
• Strong communication, documentation, and end-user training skills.
Skills Required

- Experience with procure-to-pay processes, purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, sourcing, procurement contracts, and BPM approval hierarchies
- Experience with supplier lifecycle management, supplier setup, Supplier Portal onboarding, qualification management, and purchase agreements
- Experience configuring inventory organizations, subinventories, locators, transfers, shipping networks, on-hand tracking, reservations, planning, and cycle counting
- Experience with item master setup, item classes, attributes, templates, catalogs, categories, BOMs, NIR workflows, and FBDI migration
- Strong command of Oracle Functional Setup Manager (FSM)
