This is a remote position.
Primary requirements for the job description are-
- Candidates must have completed a minimum of three end-to-end implementations involving the Supply Chain module, along with at least two years of production support experience.
- Strong expertise is required in Oracle EBS (R12), including Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Quoting, Oracle Sourcing & Inventory, and Shipping modules. This should include hands-on experience with system configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- The candidate should have experience leading CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions during Oracle implementations and effectively communicating outcomes to functional and leadership teams.
- Cross-functional knowledge and expertise in Oracle Inventory and Finance modules are also required.
- Experience in managing Order Management master data, including customers, items, sourcing rules, pricing, and discounts, as well as developing functional designs for conversions, is essential.
Skills Required
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 SCM functional consulting
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Purchasing, Sourcing, and Procure-to-Pay processes
- Hands-on experience with implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support projects
- Experience with Oracle Purchasing, iProcurement, Oracle Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Inventory
- Experience integrating Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger
- Experience configuring approval workflows and Approvals Management Engine
- Experience with RFQs, RFPs, auctions, quotations, and supplier negotiations
- Experience with requisitions, purchase orders, blanket purchase orders, contracts, and releases
- Experience with two-way and three-way matching, receiving transactions, returns, and RTV
- Experience gathering requirements and preparing BRDs, functional specifications, and process documentation
- Experience conducting fit-gap analysis and recommending Oracle standard solutions
- Experience leading CRP, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities
- Experience coordinating RICE components, interfaces, reports, extensions, and customizations
- Experience supporting data migration and validation for suppliers, purchasing documents, and master data
- Experience performing root-cause analysis for complex production issues
- Experience mentoring junior functional consultants and providing functional leadership
