SCM Domain Process Architect (f/m/x)

Own the end-to-end process architecture across Enpal's Supply Chain Management domain. As the senior process authority for SCM, you'll steer complex transformation initiatives across D365 F&O and adjacent systems, set the standards others work within, and act as the primary bridge between SCM business leadership and ERP Tech.

• Own the E2E SCM process architecture across D2O, P2P, and SCE, ensuring consistency, standardization, and scalability across the full system landscape

• Act as Program Manager for complex SCM ERP transformation initiatives, owning scope, timeline, stakeholder alignment, and delivery governance

• Establish and enforce process design standards, ERP configuration principles, and cross-system integration guidelines across the SCM domain

• Lead process discovery and gap analysis; translate findings into structured, prioritized initiatives with clear scope and delivery plan

• Drive cross-functional alignment across Business, ERP Tech, Solution Architecture, and adjacent system owners

• Own SCM ERP roadmap and ensure it reflects business priorities, dependencies, and Tech capacity

• Represent SCM ERP in cross-functional governance forums and steering committees up to C-level

• Mentor and guide Process Architects and Analysts within the SCM domain

• Proven experience owning E2E SCM process architecture across D2O, P2P, and SCE domains in a complex ERP environment

• Hands-on experience with D365 F&O SCM modules or comparable depth in SAP SCM

• Track record of leading large-scale SCM transformation programs with stakeholder management up to COO level

• Strong understanding of WMS, 3PL, and adjacent system integration patterns

• Fluent in English; German is a plus
