We are currently looking for an SCM Coordinator professional to join our Nissan Aftersales team.
A Day in the Life of This Role:
- Performs daily activities associated with Aftersales administration roles and responsibilities.
- Manages the supplier penalty process based on supplier actions that are non-compliant with Nissan guidelines.
- Manages the distribution of supplier scorecards reflecting supplier performance indicators in accordance with Nissan policies.
- Manages the ordering process for specified commodities for dealers and export customers, including batteries and keys.
- Oversees special order processes supporting internal Nissan requests for unique circumstances.
- Updates databases and provides reports regarding critical Nissan backorders.
- Works with North American suppliers and Nissan affiliates to resolve invoice payment discrepancies.
- Conducts post-mortem reviews of buyback cases to determine supplier chargeback eligibility and supports core administrative functions.

- Good English interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interface effectively with management.
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with suppliers.
- Basic understanding of supply and demand planning principles, concepts, and practices.
- Experience using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) or other dynamic inventory control systems.
- Background in administrative-related roles and functions.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum of four years of directly related professional experience in administrative functions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Desired:
- Knowledge of Nissan operating systems such as SAP, Access, Mainframe, and WMS.
- Experience working with supply chain, inventory management, logistics, or Aftersales operations.
- Experience collaborating with North American suppliers and cross-functional teams.
