Manage container circulation, inventory, empties planning, ordering, warehouse stock checks, SAP transactions and master data, invoice reconciliation, account comparisons, packaging compliance, deviation analysis, and continuous process improvement. Coordinate with production, customers, suppliers, business units, and management to ensure container availability and control costs.

- Calculating and validating the number of containers in internal and external circulation in order to optimise and configure the container circulation, and informing the BU, customer or supplier accordingly
- Ensuring the supply of empties at the site by planning the customer and supplier empties taking into account the requirements, inventory and the numbers in internal/external circulation

- Checking the container posting transactions in SAP, incl. maintaining and checking the relevant master data and SAP parameters
- Posting invoices (rental, transportation, cleaning), checking invoices, managing and reconciling accounts
- Comparing the customer portals with the internal inventory tracking data for empties in order to create transparency and reduce additional container costs
