We are seeking an experienced SCM Business Operations Manager to serve as the strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Head of Global Supply Chain Management. In this highly visible role, you will act as the central coordinator across the global SCM organization, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into execution while driving operational excellence, organizational alignment, and business performance.
As the key point of contact for supply chain escalations, business-critical initiatives, and crisis response, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening supply chain resilience and enabling effective decision-making across the organization. This position requires a unique combination of strategic thinking, leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution to support the success of the global supply chain function.
What You Will Do
Drive Strategic Operations & Business Excellence
Act as the strategic advisor and trusted partner to the Head of Global SCM, supporting the execution of key business priorities.
Coordinate and manage the SCM leadership team's operating rhythm, including strategic planning cycles, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and operational reviews.
Align objectives and initiatives across Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, R&D, and other key stakeholders.
Develop executive-level reports, presentations, and insights to support decision-making by senior leadership, executives, and the Board of Directors.
Lead Crisis Management & Escalation Resolution
Serve as the central coordinator for major supply chain disruptions, critical escalations, and business continuity events.
Mobilize cross-functional teams to address urgent challenges while minimizing operational, customer, and financial impacts.
Proactively identify emerging supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to manage potential disruptions.
Drive effective issue resolution by removing roadblocks and ensuring timely stakeholder communication.
Lead Strategic Initiatives & Task Forces
Build and lead cross-functional task forces to address business-critical situations, transformation programs, and urgent operational needs.
Manage high-priority projects and strategic initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring delivery within agreed objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Support organizational transformation efforts through structured project management and change leadership.
Monitor initiative progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when required.
Drive Continuous Improvement
Evaluate existing business processes and supply chain operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
Implement scalable solutions that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and organizational performance.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and operational excellence across the global SCM organization.
What You Will Need
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, Strategy, Management Consulting, or related functions.
At least 3 years of leadership or senior management experience with responsibility for driving cross-functional initiatives.
MBA or other advanced degree is highly preferred.

Proven experience leading and managing complex supply chain disruptions, crisis situations, or business-critical escalations.
Strong project and program management capabilities with a track record of delivering strategic initiatives successfully.
