- Perform protein library design of paratope mapping work for patent and speciation guidance. Responsibilities include design of yeast display libraries and coordination of timing of sample submission independently and with other personnel to speed up data delivery and lower sequencing costs. Perform continuous improvement of this workflow by monitoring approaches and the resulting data quality.
- A major responsibility of this role is to act as a data centralization coordinator. Validation of protein designs and organization of material orders originating from various discovery or speciation workflows and project teams. Registering sequences and materials into the centralized datastore and supporting patent writing by validating claimed sequences. Monitoring the timing of material delivery to inform and activate partner line data generation workflows. Additional responsibilities are to help prioritize projects to determine the location of material generation as to increase cost savings.
- Other responsibilities are to act as a key liaison to analytical partner lines to support their hybridoma to recombinant protein potency antibody generation workstream, contributes to antibody designs and placing material orders.
