Job Summary

Based at our IFF Innovation Hub for Food & Feed in the scenic town of Aarhus, Denmark, you’ll be at the heart of innovation, crafting emulsifiers that delight taste buds worldwide.
What You’ll Do:
- Initiate and manage new projects that propel technology forward, from concept to successful commercialization.
- Lead and inspire teams on small and large-scale projects, driving operational excellence across functions to meet critical business objectives.
- Engage with customers and business partners, providing expert advice and fostering strong relationships to ensure IFF’s position as a market leader.
Who You Are:
- A scientist with a MSc in Organic Chemistry or related discipline, or an engineer with a Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
- A creative solution-solver who can find solutions to complex challenges and translate them into actionable research that aligns with our strategic vision.
- A dynamic communicator skilled in articulating scientific concepts and influencing decision-making processes.
- A curious person that is able to interact with our customers to understand their needs and transform this into exiting new solutions.
- A safety-oriented person that continuously seek for improvements on working conditions and never compromises on safety aspects in projects.

- Project development and management, with a keen eye for stakeholder management.
- A customer-centric approach, ensuring meaningful interactions and solutions.
