岗位职责：
1. 负责单抗和双抗的纯化工艺开发及优化；
2. 负责单抗和双抗质检工艺的建立（如HPLC， LC-MS， CE-SDS等）；
3. 对开发过程中遇到的技术问题进行全面技术分析和解决；
4. 及时跟进研发热点及文献阅读；
5. 负责实验数据的总结、整理；在项目经理的带领下进行实验方案的设计。

招聘要求：
1. 硕士及以上，免疫学、生物化学、分子生物学等相关专业；双抗纯化工作经验5年及以上；
2. 精通单抗/双抗纯化工艺开发流程，具有扎实的理论知识和trouble shooting的能力；
3. 精通多种层析技术，如亲和层析、离子交换层析、疏水层析、分子筛层析等，熟练使用AKTA层析系统；
4. 精通蛋白检测技术，如内毒素检测、HPLC、LC-MS、糖型分析等；
5. 具有双抗设计经验者优先；
6. 具有较强的分析解决问题的能力，熟练使用 Office, Excel, Powerpoint 等办公软件；
7. 工作积极主动，责任心强，为人诚实，能吃苦耐劳，有较强的团队合作精神及沟通协调能力。

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and optimization of purification processes for monoclonal antibodies and bispecific antibodies.
• Responsible for the establishment of quality control processes for monoclonal antibodies and bispecific antibodies (e.g., HPLC, LC-MS, CE-SDS, etc.).
• Conduct comprehensive technical analysis and troubleshooting for technical issues encountered during the development process.
• Keep pace with the latest R&D trends and conduct regular literature research.
• Responsible for the summary and collation of experimental data; participate in the design of experimental protocols under the guidance of the project manager.

Job Requirements

• Master's degree or above in Immunology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or related disciplines; at least 5 years of working experience in bispecific antibody purification.
• Proficient in the development processes of monoclonal/bispecific antibody purification, with solid theoretical knowledge and strong troubleshooting capabilities.
• Proficient in various chromatography techniques, such as affinity chromatography, ion exchange chromatography, hydrophobic interaction chromatography, size-exclusion chromatography, etc.; skilled in operating AKTA chromatography systems.
• Proficient in protein detection techniques, including endotoxin detection, HPLC, LC-MS, glycan analysis, etc.
• Candidates with bispecific antibody design experience are preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in office software such as Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, highly responsible, honest, hardworking, and equipped with excellent teamwork spirit as well as communication and coordination skills.
