Scientist III

岗位职责：
1.    具备扎实的细胞学实验基础，负责基因编辑部门内部研发项目推进，包括但不限于慢病毒和tLNP介导的In Vivo CAR，scFv / VHH抗体筛选，高通量文库筛选等。
2.    跟进CGT最新研究进展，推出新的服务类型；
3.    协助前端做部门服务内容宣传讲座，销售培训以及微信公众号的撰写。

任职资格：    
1.    生命科学相关专业全日制硕士研究生（2年以上工作经验优先）或应届博士研究生，有原代细胞培养经验，肿瘤/免疫学相关研究背景者优先；
2.    热爱做实验，有扎实的实验基础，能够独立完成常规的细免疫学实验，生化实验等；
3.    具有原代免疫细胞如TBNK的纯化，培养，扩大经验；
4.    有较好的英文文献阅读能力，能够根据上级要求，高效的做文献调研，方案总结和实验推进；
5.    有较好的英文书写能力，可以完成相关工作的文章或专利撰写；
6.    有较好的沟通和团队协作能力，有较强的抗压能力；
7.    有强烈的工作责任感和上进心，积极的工作态度。

Job Responsibilities:

• Possess a solid foundation in cytology experiments, responsible for advancing internal R&D projects in the gene editing department, including but not limited to lentivirus and tLNP-mediated in vivo CAR, scFv/VHH antibody screening, high-throughput library screening, etc.
• Stay updated on the latest research progress in CGT and introduce new service offerings.
• Assist the front-end team in delivering departmental service presentations, conducting sales training, and drafting content for the WeChat official account.

Job Requirements:

• Hold a full-time master’s degree (with at least 2 years of work experience preferred) or a recent Ph.D. in life sciences or related fields. Experience in primary cell culture and a research background in oncology/immunology are preferred.
• Demonstrate a strong passion for laboratory work, possess solid experimental skills, and be capable of independently performing routine immunoassays, biochemical experiments, etc.
• Have experience in the isolation, culture, and expansion of primary immune cells such as T, B, and NK cells.
• Exhibit strong proficiency in reading English-language literature, with the ability to efficiently conduct literature reviews, summarize protocols, and drive experiments forward as directed by supervisors.
• Possess solid English writing skills to draft research articles or patents related to the work.
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork abilities, along with the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
• Show a strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and a proactive work attitude.
