What will you do?
Discover Impactful Work:
The Scientist Compliance Quality Control ensures that processes, equipment and analytical methods, are designed and operate in such a way that health authorities requirements/expectations are met. Key responsibilities include:
- Supports all local Quality Control Units for Compliance topics:
- Change Control Management
- Deviation support incl. lead execution of investigations
- Audit trial review
- Support of Inspection and Audit Readiness incl. participation in Inspection and Audit
- Lead or support continuous improvement of processes related to compliance
- Supports for GMP compliance qualification of analytical equipment within Quality Control
- Qualification incl Computerized System Validation
- Coordination of external Service Suppliers
- Creation and Review of qualification documentation
Who we are looking for: Education, Experience, Skills & Abilities
Education
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is required. Equivalent experience in these fields will also be considered.
Experience
- Significant experience in a GMP laboratory environment (>3 years).
- Proficiency with analytical equipment, especially preventive maintenance.
Skills & Abilities
- Passionate about the digitalization of systems.
- Proficient in working effectively across different functions.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with excellent communication and prioritization skills.
- Strong desire to learn new skills and successfully implement them.
