Egypt Education Platform is currently looking for a dynamic School Principal for our British School located in Alexandria. The successful candidate will be an inspiring leader with a commitment to educational excellence, ensuring that all students receive a world-class education tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the British School, fostering an environment of high standards and academic achievement.
- Implement and oversee the British curriculum, ensuring it meets the educational needs of students and aligns with the school's vision.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to enhance instructional practices and promote professional development.
- Engage and communicate effectively with students, parents, and the community, building positive relationships and partnerships.
- Analyze student performance data to inform instructional strategies and improve educational outcomes.
- Manage the school budget and allocate resources wisely to support student learning and school initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with educational policies, regulations, and standards, maintaining the school's accreditation status.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and support for all students, addressing diverse learning needs and promoting equity.
- Lead school improvement initiatives that enhance educational practices and student experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in an educational setting, particularly within British education systems.
- Strong knowledge of the British curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in fostering a positive school culture and improving student outcomes.
- Experience with data analysis for informed decision-making in an academic setting.
- Commitment to promoting inclusivity and support for all learners.
- Eligibility for a principal certification or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
