Always Compassionate Home Care is hiring Physical Therapists (PTs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs) for school-based opportunities throughout Long Island, NY.
Details:
- School-based setting
- Monday–Friday opportunities
- Typical hours: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Multiple locations available throughout Long Island (Hempstead, Hewlett-Woodmere, Commack, Smithtown, etc.)

Qualifications/Education Required:
- At least 1 year experience
- Therapist license and registration
- BLS from American Heart Association
- Physical and QuantiFERON within one year
- MMR Titers within 5 years
- Malpractice Insurance
- NPI #
- Worker's Comp certification (for homecare/non-school cases only)
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients in redeeming their skills for independent living
- Implement Specific treatments for the quick advancement of the patient's condition
- Developing a personalized care plan appropriate for the patient's condition
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must be able to stand/work for extended periods
- Additional responsibilities as required
Pay per visit:
- $75 for 30 min
- $85 for 45 min
- $100 for 1 hour
- $150 for groups of 3+

Skills Required
- At least 1 year of therapist experience
- Active therapist license and registration
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association

- Worker's Compensation certification for homecare or non-school cases
