School Intern Summer 2027

From supporting daily operations to helping students make the most of their summer, no two days will be the same. What You'll Do:
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks to help ensure the smooth running of our Summer School.
- Help ensure students feel welcomed, engaged and supported throughout their stay.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist students with their day-to-day queries and needs.
- Work closely with different departments and team members to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Help create a friendly, inclusive and positive environment for students and staff.
- Get involved in a variety of tasks, take initiative and support the team wherever needed.
Who You Are:
- Outgoing, confident and enthusiastic, with a friendly personality.
- Organised and responsible, with the ability to manage different tasks and priorities.
- A clear communicator who enjoys meeting new people and working with different cultures.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with the confidence to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Customer-service oriented, with a genuine interest in helping others.
- Fluent in English (C1 level preferred).
- Legally eligible to work in Malta without requiring EF sponsorship.
Internship Details:
- Duration: June – August 2027. (Duration can be discussed)
- Compensation: This is an unpaid internship; however, full board will be provided.
- Accommodation: Shared accommodation will be provided by EF.
- Eligibility: The internship must form part of your university programme.
- Future Opportunities: Many previous interns have gone on to secure full-time positions with EF, making this a great opportunity to gain experience and potentially start your career with us!
- Training: In-house training and support will be provided before and throughout the summer.
